    Cleanse it away

We’ve probably all heard about salt baths, and seen the products available when browsing the shelves of our local health shops and super markets. Advertised almost as a spa treatment at home, that a soak in a salt bath can moisturize skin, soothe aching muscles and help flush toxins out of the body. A warm salt bath can ease stress and calm the body and mind, perfect after a long day! Himalayan salt is light pink in colour and contains over 80 minerals However, in witchcraft

When I was scrolling through my Facebook page, I saw that Helen Shortland (helenshortland.com) had posted a link to her monthly newsletter – which is always a welcome read! One particular part that really piqued my interest was a Spiritual Get Together, where we would be doing a guided mediation, oracle card reading practice and healing practice. That was it, I was definitely going! (Though double checked Hubby didn’t have plans so he could be on Dad duty.) I first met Helen

Work in Progress and Importance of doing nothing when you need to.

Hello everyone! So it has been a lot longer then I had anticipated since my first (and last) post. I had hoped to make blogging a weekly practice. I do understand it is a learning curve, and over the past week and half (maybe nearly two weeks) I have felt very ill and needed to have a break, from everything. As we approach the middle of January, the sky is getting lighter, and I look forward to being able to make the most of the natural light to photograph my drawings – I hav
